Yesterday, my talented friend Holly of Sustainable Suppers suggested I share the vintage dresses I often wear.

A few hours ago, I pulled this dress out of the closet and noted the label—it’s the title of this blog.

I will likely post most days; the format might change; I’m still learning the light in this apartment.

This is for my grandmother, who taught me about seams, patterns, and how to ascertain the strength of a house of fashion.
